Reading the site
The public pages do not set tracking cookies and do not use third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type and time) for security and capacity planning. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not shared.
Subscriber accounts
Subscribers provide a name, an email address and the name of the organization that issued their invitation. This information is used to operate the account, to send service messages such as password resets, and to report aggregate viewing figures to the organizations that contributed recordings. Individual viewing histories are not shared with contributors.
We send service email only. There is no marketing list.
Where data is stored
Site and account data are stored on servers located in Canada.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and its data to be deleted. Write to the subscriptions desk using the address on the contact page.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that affects subscribers, we will note the date of the change here.
